		Analytical Chemistry The Subject Analytical Chemistry is one of the academic disciplines in Xiangtan University which were first authorized to grant master degree. At present, there are 8 MSc. supervisors and 23 MSc. students in the subject. Over 40 percent of the students who have received their MSc. degree have passed the Ph.D. programs entrance examination. In the recent five years, wo have undertaken and completed 8 scientific research projects. Research funds of more than 329 thousand yuan have supported the research work in these areas. Over 80 academic papers have been published in national or international journals in recent years.
